   (#e02424 -> #c0101f): --cash-accent is the ONE red the brand law allows to
   carry a white label (6.30:1); white on #e02424 measures ~4.4:1 and fails
   4.5:1, and --cash-accent-surface (#ec2b34), which is closer in hue, is
