Booking & Payments

How do I book a court?+
Pick your venue and sport on the booking page, choose a slot, and confirm — it takes under a minute. You'll get a WhatsApp confirmation right away.
How long is a booking hold?+
Your slot is held for 30 minutes — complete payment within that window to confirm it. Unpaid holds release automatically so others can book.
Can I cancel or reschedule?+
Yes — message us on WhatsApp at 0331 3333 011 and our team will sort out any cancellation or reschedule.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Online bank transfer — each venue's booking page shows its bank account details, and after paying you send the screenshot on WhatsApp or upload it from your Profile. Any wallet credit on your FR account is applied automatically at checkout.

How does the free padel hour work?+
Every paid padel hour automatically earns a stamp — no card, nothing to sign up for. At 10 stamps you've earned a free hour: redeem it from your Profile to get a coupon, then use it on your next padel booking. Only paid hours count, and the free-hour coupon is valid for 30 days.
How do I use a coupon code?+
Enter your code in the coupon box at checkout and tap Apply — the discount updates instantly. One discount coupon per booking.

Where are your locations?+
We have 6 venues: 5 in Lahore — FR DHA Phase 5, FR Padel DHA, FR Wapda Town, FR Valencia, Cross Courts by FR; and 1 in Sialkot — FR Sports Arena Sialkot.
What are your operating hours?+
All our venues are open 24/7 — book any slot, any day, day or night.
What turf and equipment do you use?+
Imported artificial turf, professionally maintained — 40mm at DHA Phase 5 and 30mm at Wapda Town. Padel courts are built to international standards, and rackets and balls are available at the venue as add-ons when you book.
