Privacy & Terms

Your identity and contact details. Your name, mobile number and email address. Your mobile number is also how you sign in: we send a one-time code to it over WhatsApp rather than asking you to keep a password.

Your bookings. The venue, court, sport, date, time and duration of every booking you make or that our staff make for you, together with any add-ons such as equipment hire, and whether the booking was confirmed, cancelled or expired.

Payment records. The amounts you owe and have paid, how you paid (cash, bank transfer or account credit), and any discounts, coupons or membership benefits applied. If you pay by bank transfer we store the payment screenshot you upload, because it is our only proof the transfer was made. We do not collect or store card numbers, and we never see your online banking credentials.

Account credit. If a booking is cancelled or refunded, the balance and the history of every credit and deduction on your Futsalrange account.

Messages we send you. We keep a record of the WhatsApp messages we send you — including the message text, the time, whether it was accepted by WhatsApp and, where WhatsApp tells us, whether it was delivered or read. Sign-in codes are masked in that record. We keep this so we can prove what we told you and investigate messages that never arrived.

App and device information. If you install our mobile app and allow notifications, we store the notification token your device issues so we can send you booking updates.

Loyalty and offers. Your stamp or reward progress and any coupons issued to you or redeemed by you.

Website analytics. Our public website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and records pages viewed, approximate location and general device information. This is separate from your booking account and we do not use it to identify you personally.

We use it to take and confirm your bookings, to send you the sign-in code you request, to tell you when a booking is confirmed, changed, cancelled or about to expire, to take payment and keep accurate financial records, to apply discounts, coupons, memberships and loyalty rewards, to answer your questions, and to keep the service working and secure.

We also use booking and payment records in aggregate to understand how busy our venues are and to plan staffing and pricing. That analysis is about patterns, not about you individually.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We use WhatsApp as our main way of contacting you, because it is how our customers prefer to be reached. We use it to send your sign-in code, to confirm bookings, to remind you about an unpaid or upcoming booking, to send receipts, and occasionally to tell you about an offer.

Those messages are delivered through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. To send them we share your mobile number and the content of the message with Meta, and Meta tells us whether each message was delivered and read. Meta handles that information under its own privacy terms.

You can stop promotional messages at any time by replying to any message or by contacting us. Messages that are part of a booking you have made — your sign-in code, a confirmation, a receipt — are part of the service itself, so we will keep sending those while you have an active booking with us.

We share your information only with the service providers we need in order to run the booking system, and only the parts they need:

Meta (WhatsApp) — your mobile number and message content, so messages can be delivered to you.
Expo — your device notification token, so app notifications can be delivered.
Google Analytics — website usage information, not your booking account.
Our loyalty platform — your contact number and reward progress, where you take part in the loyalty programme.
Our hosting provider — which stores the booking database on our behalf.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, or to prevent fraud against us or our customers.

Some of these providers operate outside Pakistan, which means your information may be stored or processed abroad.

We use cookies for two purposes. The first is to keep you signed in and to remember your booking as you move through checkout — without these the site cannot work. The second is Google Analytics, which helps us understand which pages people use.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the essential ones you will not be able to sign in or complete a booking.

We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for our accounts and tax records. We keep your account and contact details for as long as you have an account with us. Message and delivery records are kept so we can investigate problems, and website analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics' own retention settings.

If you ask us to delete your account we will do so, except where we are required to keep a financial record of a transaction that has already taken place.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete your account, or ask us to stop sending promotional messages. Message us on WhatsApp from the number you book with, on +92 331 3333011, and we will respond.

You can also correct your name, contact number and email yourself from your profile page at any time.

Bookings and payments are served over an encrypted connection. Access to the booking system is restricted to staff who need it for their role, and changes to money records are logged so they can be audited.

No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet is never intercepted. Please do not send us bank credentials or card numbers — we never ask for them.

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change is significant we will tell you directly.
